Q) Which type of Leather do you Use.
All our bags are made of genuine goat and buffalo leather.

Q) Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Rajasthan, India.

Q) How long will it take for my items to arrive?
For India, it will take 3 to 5 days to deliver and for other countries, It will usually take 5-7 business days to deliver. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. Some time due to unavoidable conditions from courier partners delivery may delay up to 20 Days.

Q) How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
You will get the tracking number once we shipped the order. It will take usually between 2-3 business days.

Q) Where can I place an order from?
You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q) Is shipping really FREE?
Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide.

Q) Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in the currencies in which your cart is displayed. We support many local currencies.

Q) Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don’t receive one within 24 hours.

Q) Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
If your shipping address is in India then you don’t have to pay anything extra. Otherwise, For other countries all customs has to be handled by the buyer, we are not responsible for any custom duty which buyer has to pay in their country. BTW For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and your order value.
